Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting for the Baulkham Hills Baseball Club is to be held on Tuesday May 24, 2016 starting at 7:30pm at the Baulkham Hills Sports Club, Renown Rd, Baulkham Hills.

The following is the official announcement letter:

The club is in continual need of new people who want to become involved in the club in any capacity.

Anyone wanting to nominate for one of the exectutive positions (President, Vice President, Secretary or Treasurer) should complete the following nomination form and return it to the Secretary by May 17, 2016.

In addition to the elected executive positions people are also needed for the following positions:

  • Junior Representative
  • PCBL/Masters Representative
  • Womens Representative
  • State League Representative
  • Sports Club Delegate
  • Functions Co-ordinator
  • Canteen Manager
  • Grounds Manager

There are also positions available on the sub-committees for Juniors, State League and Womens divisions.
